Sponge pudding (52%) – gluten-free self-raising flour [rice, potato, tapioca, maize and buckwheat], dates (13%), free-range egg, brown sugar, milk, rapeseed oil, butter (milk) (3.5%), sea salt, bicarbonate of soda. Toffee sauce (48%) cream (milk), sugar, butter (milk), sea salt.
